However, before any viewers think he got into a street fight or a bad accident, there is a logical explanation behind this latest look.
It turns out, this bloody update was the aftermath of a cosmetic procedure that David Toborowsky went in for. More specifically, David told a TLC commenter: “PRP and it is called Cat Scratch.”
PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma. This is something in a patient’s own blood. It is then injected into someone’s body as a way to heal damage. In David’s case, it looks like he went for the Cat Scratch.
