Reality TV star Lita Margaritha, known for her appearance on 90-Day Fiancé, is in serious legal trouble once again.
Authorities have arrested her on multiple charges, including domestic disorderly conduct while armed, mistreatment
of animals, and felony bail jumping. The news broke on January 24th, 2025, in Adams County, Wisconsin, where
Lita was taken into custody around 10 p.m. Her court hearing is scheduled for January 27th, where a judge will
determine whether she is eligible for bail.
Lita was found in possession of dangerous weapons at the time of her arrest. This comes just days after she accused her husband Eric Rosenbrook of domestic abuse on social media, claiming physical abuse and releasing a photo of her injuries. Eric acknowledged the accusations but insisted that Lita was not telling the full story. In response to Lita’s social media post, the couple’s situation took a drastic turn, with Lita being arrested on Friday, January 24th, 2025.
This latest arrest is not Lita’s first run-in with the law. In October 2023, authorities took her into custody on charges of theft and wire fraud while she was working as a bookkeeper for Loggerhead Deco. At that time, she made unauthorized withdrawals and allegedly siphoned thousands of dollars from the company. She faced multiple felony charges, including bail jumping, but a judge dismissed the charges in December 2023, ruling that there was insufficient evidence.
Despite the dismissed charges, allegations of business theft and bail jumping remain active in court. Lita’s relationship with Eric and his family has been tumultuous over the years. The couple rose to fame on 90-Day Fiancé Season 6 in 2018, but their relationship deteriorated, and they are now in the process of divorcing. Lita faced backlash from fans in 2018 after forcing Eric’s daughter to move out and pressuring him to stop paying child support for his son.
If convicted of the current charges, Lita could face a minimum of 90 days in jail for disorderly conduct and up to 9 months for carrying a dangerous weapon. Additionally, she is charged with felony bail jumping since she was already out on bond from her 2023 fraud case.
