General Hospital (GH) fans can anticipate an eventful week from March 10-14, as the latest preview video teases compelling
developments in Port Charles.
The clip opens with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) presenting Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) with a newspaper article dated
March 12. The article features images of Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), with Tracy cutting a ceremonial ribbon. The headline reads: ‘Congressman Quartermaine Under Fire.’ Laura questions Curtis’s involvement, and he confirms with a nod. Her enthusiastic response and their celebratory high-five hint at a major revelation.
This suggests trouble for Drew, especially given his recent conflicts with Tracy. Last week, Tracy imposed a cease-and-desist order against Drew, barring him from using the Quartermaine name. In response, Drew’s lawyer, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), warned Tracy of an extended legal battle, citing that the Quartermaine crypt is on public land. Though Tracy conceded to the warning, tensions remain high. Martin’s refusal to sign an NDA added further complications.
Looking ahead to March 10, spoilers suggest that Tracy will be furious over an issue, while Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is set to make an arrest. Given the ongoing Quartermaine dispute, it is possible that Drew and Martin could face legal trouble. Curtis’s potential involvement in leaking information to the press could escalate the situation, prompting Drew to retaliate. This could create tension with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), as Drew possesses evidence implicating her in altering Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) lab results.
Beyond the legal drama, GH fans will be intrigued by a special guest appearance. Guy Gansert, known from The Golden Bachelorette, will make a cameo in the soap this week. He plays Geoffrey, a wildlife journalist, sharing scenes with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) at the Crimson offices. Nina, seemingly charmed, inquires about his relationship status, to which Geoffrey responds, “For the moment.” His appearance on the March 12 episode has sparked speculation about whether this role will extend beyond a guest spot.
