Big Ed Brown from “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After” is hinting at his exit from the franchise by announcing a
new show. Following his back-to-back splits with Liz Woods and Porsche Raymond, Big Ed, who started his reality
TV career as a photographer on “Before the 90 Days” Season 4, is venturing into the dating world after 30 years. He
previously met Rosemary Vega, but that relationship did not work out. He then became involved with Liz, experiencing an on-and-off relationship with her for three years before their 15th split.
With the dissolution of his relationship with Liz, it seems that Big Ed’s time in the “90 Day Fiancé” franchise may also be coming to an end. Recently, he posted an Instagram reel showcasing his dining room, which he has transformed into a music studio. In the video, he revealed artwork he created and mentioned that he used to participate in art shows in San Diego. He told his fans that being single allows him the freedom to pursue his interests. He displayed his piano, synthesizer, and guitars, announcing that he is now working on a home show titled “Big Ed’s Home and Heart.” He revealed that the show is in the works and he has four episodes ready, having pitched it to various networks in hopes of getting it picked up.
Big Ed expressed his desire to stay on camera and have fun, joking that he doesn’t want to return to a traditional day job. He was last seen on “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After” Season 8 with Liz, where their storyline culminated in him canceling their wedding, marking their 15th breakup. Although he considered getting engaged to a fan he knew for just 24 hours to remain relevant, that engagement did not materialize, leaving him without a co-star for a new season. Big Ed revealed that his contract with the show expires in December 2024.
With his new show, which focuses on home renovation instead of romance, Big Ed appears ready to move on from the “90 Day Fiancé” universe. He seems to be less interested in pursuing romantic relationships on-screen and has shifted his focus to his career in real estate, which he began after relocating to Arkansas with Liz. Big Ed has reportedly been thriving in his job and envisions achieving success in the same genre with his upcoming reality show. His outreach to networks about his new project signifies his readiness to transition from reality TV centered around dating to showcasing his skills in home renovation. Fans can expect to see this new side of Big Ed soon.
