Swickard) are actively trying to conceive a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦.
Although both Brook Lynn and Chase are excited to start a family as soon as possible, although there are signs that Brook Lynn may be hiding something about her past from her new husband. When Chase mentioned that he couldn’t wait for Brook Lynn to experience pregnancy for the first time, Brook Lynn had a strange look on her face.
General Hospital Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine May Have Been Pregnant Once Before
Brook Lynn’s strange reactions seem to indicate that she may have been pregnant once before. If that’s the case, it seems likely that her mother Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) is also in on the secret as well.
Most likely, Brook Lynn gave a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 up for adoption years ago but has no idea what happened to the 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 after that.
Lois may even know something that even Brook Lynn doesn’t. Brook Lynn’s son may be living right under the same roof as Brook Lynn and she has no idea.
GH Spoilers – Is Gio Palmieri Actually A Quartermaine?
If Lois arranged the adoption, she could have given Brook Lynn’s 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 to someone she knows. Perhaps Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is actually Brook Lynn’s son. That may be why Lois is so involved in Gio’s life, especially now that his adoptive family is dead.
But that part of the secret may not come out for quite a while nor will the identity of Gio’s biological father. But Brook Lynn may not be able to keep Chase in the dark much longer.

It’s understandable why Brook Lynn wouldn’t have told Chase about an earlier pregnancy. it was a long time ago and Brook Lynn likely believed she was doing the best thing for her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦. But she probably also feels a bit guilty, especially because she wants a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 so badly now.
All of this will likely weight heavily on Brook Lynn, until she can no longer hold it in. Chase will certainly understand her decision, although he may be disappointed she didn’t tell him sooner.
But problems may occur down the road if Brook Lynn has trouble conceiving because of something that happened during her first pregnancy.
