Star Big Ed warns ‘life is over’ when people give up on love despite failed romances!

Big Ed, who rose to fame through his appearances on the reality show 90 Day Fiancé, has opened up about his

personal journey in the search for love. Known for his unconventional romance with Rose, a younger woman from

the Philippines, and a tumultuous on-and-off relationship with Liz, Ed has had his share of heartbreak. However, he

remains optimistic and encourages others not to give up on love.

In a recent interview with The Mirror, Ed—whose real name is Ed Brown—reflected on his quest for companionship and the importance of maintaining hope. “I think that the day that you give up that there’s somebody else out there for you, your life is kind of over,” he stated, expressing his belief that love is essential to a fulfilling life.

Ed’s journey has not been easy. After his relationship with Rose ended, he found himself in a complex romantic situation with Liz, with whom he split and reconciled 15 times before finally deciding to go their separate ways. Despite these setbacks, Ed holds onto the belief that love is still achievable.

The reality star attributes part of his renewed confidence to 90 Day Fiancé, explaining that the show had a transformative effect on his outlook. “The show gave me a lot of optimism and hope and confidence,” Ed said. He candidly admitted to struggling with self-acceptance, particularly regarding his body image, stating, “I’m very self-conscious of my body.” However, he emphasized that becoming comfortable in one’s own skin is crucial. “Once you’re able to do that, it doesn’t matter whether you’re tall or short, thin or heavy; as long as you’re comfortable with who you are, that confidence exudes far beyond you can ever imagine.”

Recently, Big Ed made headlines yet again when he proposed to 29-year-old Porsa Raymond just a day after meeting her at a fan event in Florida. However, the engagement was short-lived, as he later decided to call it off to focus on embracing his single life.

Reflecting on his life before 90 Day Fiancé, Ed admitted, “I pretty much had given up on ever finding the one to settle down with. I felt I was always kind of too old.” Despite this, the show instilled a renewed sense of hope in him. “I would say definitely it gave me hope and confidence that I can still find love in the world,” he shared.

As he continues to navigate love and relationships, Big Ed remains a beacon of encouragement for those who have experienced heartache, reinforcing the message that love is still possible, no matter the challenges faced along the way.
