What Happened To Danielle Mullins & Mohamed Jbali After 90 Day Fiancé Season 2?

The reality television series “90-Day Fiancé” has garnered a reputation for showcasing some of reality TV’s most

disastrous couples, and among them, Danielle and Muhammad Jbali stand out as one of the show’s most

controversial duos. As we revisit their tumultuous journey, it’s clear that both have navigated significant

developments in their lives following their time in the spotlight.

A Promising Start Turns Sour

Danielle and Muhammad’s saga began online, where they initially connected before appearing in Season 2 of “90-Day Fiancé.” The series highlighted their challenges right from the first episode, capturing Danielle’s tears and the anxiety surrounding their controversial wedding. After Muhammad arrived from Tunisia on a K-1 Visa, Danielle’s children questioned his intentions and desires, while Muhammad cited religious beliefs to refuse intimacy. Despite the apparent red flags and Danielle’s acknowledgment that she wasn’t a “sugar mama,” they proceeded with marriage.

Tragically, the relationship quickly soured, leading to Muhammad’s relocation to Miami shortly after their wedding. This move marked the beginning of the drama that continued to unfold on “90-Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After” and subsequent specials.

A Messy Split

As the series progressed, shocking revelations about their relationship came to light. Muhammad made controversial comments about Danielle, including remarks about her hygiene and attraction level, which led to a deeper rift. The situation escalated to the point where Danielle alleged that Muhammad had called the police on her multiple times regarding questionable activities, including opening accounts in his name.

After obtaining his green card, Muhammad left Danielle, prompting her to file for annulment, citing infidelity. In a twist, Danielle later claimed that Muhammad pleaded with her not to divorce him, as it would jeopardize his ability to stay in America. Ultimately, they divorced in March 2017.

New Beginnings for Muhammad

Following the separation, Muhammad continued his journey in the U.S., moving through various cities, including Miami, Austin, Chicago, and Indianapolis. He initially claimed to be homeless in December 2019, but his fortunes appear to have improved. Rather than pursuing a career as a truck driver, as he had planned, Muhammad found success as a day trader by 2022.

On Valentine’s Day 2024, Muhammad hinted at a new romance by sharing a picture of a letter addressed to his “Habibi.” By April 2024, he had formally introduced his wife, Jillian, on social media. The couple currently resides in North Carolina, and Jillian, a divorcee without children from her previous marriage, has embraced a new chapter with Muhammad. In December 2023, the couple welcomed a son, with Danielle offering kind comments on their announcement, suggesting a lack of animosity between her and Muhammad.

Danielle’s Journey of Self-Discovery

While Muhammad moved on to find love and start a family, Danielle has been focusing on her own aspirations. She made an appearance on “90 Day: The Single Life” Season 1, where her experiences were often cringeworthy, particularly when referencing Muhammad’s comments about her hygiene. Unfortunately, that season did not lead to any meaningful relationships for Danielle.

However, her determination to better herself paid off. Recently, she graduated from nursing school and became a registered nurse in December 2024. To support her education, she started a GoFundMe campaign and now appears more self-assured and confident. Danielle has been showcasing her weight loss journey and celebrating her birthdays with enthusiasm alongside her family.

Burying the Hatchet

Despite their problematic past, it seems that both Danielle and Muhammad have taken steps to bury the hatchet. While they have not reconnected romantically, they allegedly maintain a friendship and have moved on from their tumultuous history.

In retrospect, one cannot deny that Muhammad used Danielle during their time on “90-Day Fiancé,” yet both individuals appear to have found happiness in their respective lives. With Danielle pursuing her career goals and Muhammad establishing a new family, there is a sense of closure and hope for both as they forge ahead.

As fans of the series continue to reminisce about the iconic and often painful moments from Danielle and Muhammad’s relationship, it’s refreshing to see that both have managed to carve out new paths, albeit in distinctly separate ways.
